How do I reset my password?

Go to Settings → Account → Change Password in the app, or click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen. You'll receive an email with reset instructions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your billing period, and your data is always saved.

Why aren't my notifications working?

Check your phone's notification settings to ensure RiseWell has permission. If issues persist, try logging out and back in to refresh your settings.

Can I use RiseWell on multiple devices?

Yes! Your account syncs across all devices. Download the app on any phone or tablet and log in with the same account.

How do I request a refund?

Email support@risewell.com within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Include your account email and reason for the request.
