All RiseWell videos support closed captions.
Enabling Captions
During video playback:
1. Tap the screen to show controls
2. Look for CC or subtitle icon
3. Tap to enable
4. Select language if options appear
Default Setting
Set captions to always on:
1. Profile > Settings > Accessibility
2. Enable "Always Show Captions"
3. Applies to all future videos
Caption Languages
Currently available:
- English
- Spanish
- French
- German
More languages coming.
Caption Appearance
Customize how captions look:
- Size
- Color
- Background
- Font
These settings are in your device's accessibility settings and apply to RiseWell.
Audio Content
Meditations and audio content:
- Transcripts available via "View Transcript" button
- Full text of guided sessions
- Downloadable for reference

Captions are human-reviewed for accuracy. If you notice errors, please report them to help us improve.
