RiseWell respects your device's reduce motion setting:
iOS:
Settings > Accessibility > Motion > Reduce Motion
Android:
Settings > Accessibility > Remove animations
What Changes
With reduced motion:
- Transitions become instant or fade
- Parallax effects are removed
- Auto-playing animations stop
- Loading indicators simplified
In-App Override
Additional control in RiseWell:
1. Profile > Settings > Accessibility
2. "Reduce Motion" toggle
3. Overrides device setting if enabled
What's Not Affected
Some essential motion remains:
- Video content (workout demonstrations)
- Timing indicators during exercises
- Progress animations that convey information
These are essential for content function.
