Deleting Your Account

How to remove your data permanently

We're sorry to see you go, but you have the right to delete your data.

Before You Delete

Consider:

  • Pausing instead: Take a break without losing data
  • Downgrading: Switch to free plan
  • Exporting data: Get your history before deletion

What Gets Deleted

Account deletion removes:

  • All personal information
  • Activity history
  • Preferences and settings
  • Payment information
  • Connected app data

What Happens to Subscription

If you have an active subscription:

  • Cancel subscription first, or
  • Deletion will cancel it automatically
  • No refund for remaining period

How to Delete

1. Go to Profile > Privacy & Data

2. Tap Delete Account

3. Enter password to confirm

4. Read the confirmation carefully

5. Confirm deletion

Deletion Timeline

  • Immediate: Account becomes inaccessible
  • 30 days: Data queued for permanent deletion
  • After 30 days: Irreversibly deleted

Changing Your Mind

Within 30 days, contact support to attempt recovery (not guaranteed).

After 30 days, data is gone. You'd need to create a new account.
