Using the Workout Browser
Go to Explore > Workouts to access our full library. Filter by:
Duration
- 5-10 minutes: Quick movement breaks
- 15-20 minutes: Standard sessions
- 30+ minutes: Full workouts
Intensity
- Low: Gentle movement, stretching, recovery
- Medium: Moderate effort, some challenge
- High: Intense, get-sweaty workouts
Equipment
- No equipment: Bodyweight only
- Minimal: Resistance bands, light weights
- Full: Dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.
Type
- Strength training
- Cardio
- Yoga/flexibility
- HIIT
- Recovery/stretching

Your daily plan includes workouts matched to:
