Filter by duration, intensity, and equipment

With dozens of workout options, finding the right one is easy when you know how to filter.

Using the Workout Browser

Go to Explore > Workouts to access our full library. Filter by:

Duration

  • 5-10 minutes: Quick movement breaks
  • 15-20 minutes: Standard sessions
  • 30+ minutes: Full workouts

Intensity

  • Low: Gentle movement, stretching, recovery
  • Medium: Moderate effort, some challenge
  • High: Intense, get-sweaty workouts

Equipment

  • No equipment: Bodyweight only
  • Minimal: Resistance bands, light weights
  • Full: Dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.

Type

  • Strength training
  • Cardio
  • Yoga/flexibility
  • HIIT
  • Recovery/stretching
