What Makes a Workout "Beginner-Friendly"
Our beginner workouts feature:

- Shorter duration (10-20 minutes)

Tips for Starting Out
- Modify freely: Every exercise has easier versions—use them
- Rest when needed: Pause the video anytime
- Focus on form: Doing it right matters more than doing it fast
- Start with 2-3 days per week: Recovery is part of fitness
- Expect some soreness: Mild muscle soreness is normal; sharp pain isn't
