Tracking water doesn't have to be complicated. Here's how to log efficiently.
Quick Logging
From your home screen:
1. Find the hydration widget
2. Tap to add preset amounts (glass, bottle, etc.)
3. See your daily progress update instantly
Custom Amounts
Need to log a specific amount?
1. Tap the hydration widget
2. Choose "Custom amount"
3. Enter the quantity
4. Save
Preset Sizes
Configure your common containers in settings:
- Glass (8 oz)
- Small bottle (16 oz)
- Large bottle (32 oz)
- Your actual water bottle size
Editing Entries
Made a mistake?
1. Go to Progress > Fuel > Hydration
2. Tap today's date
3. See individual entries
4. Delete or edit as needed
Automatic Logging
Some smartwatches can estimate water intake. Check Connected Apps to see if yours is supported.
Don't Obsess
The goal is awareness, not perfection. If you forget to log, it's fine. General hydration consciousness matters more than perfect tracking.
