Setting Your Goal

Go to Profile > Preferences > Hydration to set your daily target.

General guidance is 8 cups (64 oz / 2 liters), but needs vary based on:

  • Body size
  • Activity level
  • Climate
  • Individual factors

Start with a goal that feels achievable.

Tracking Methods

Log water through:

  • Quick-tap buttons on home screen
  • The hydration widget
  • Manual entry in Fuel section
  • Connected devices (some smartwatches)

Reminder Options

Set reminders in Notification Preferences:

  • Hourly gentle nudges
  • Custom times
  • Smart reminders based on your patterns
  • Quiet hours (no reminders during sleep)

Viewing Progress

Check Progress > Fuel > Hydration to see:

  • Today's intake
  • Weekly averages
  • Trends over time
  • Patterns (when you drink most/least)
