Open the Explore tab and select Meditations. You'll see several ways to browse:

- 2-5 minutes: Quick resets for busy moments
- 10-15 minutes: Standard sessions for daily practice

Tap the heart icon on any meditation to save it. Access your favorites anytime from the Saved section.

- Downloaded sessions work offline
