Control what alerts you receive and when

Notifications should help, not annoy. Here's how to customize them.

Accessing Notification Settings

Go to Profile > Notifications to see all options.

Types of Notifications

Activity Reminders: Nudges for planned activities

Hydration Reminders: Water intake check-ins

Weekly Summary: Progress recap

Tips & Inspiration: Occasional wellness tips

App Updates: New features and content

Customization Options

For each notification type:

  • Toggle on/off
  • Set specific times
  • Choose days of week

Quiet Hours

Set times when no notifications are sent:

  • Sleep hours
  • Work focus time
  • Custom periods

Notification Philosophy

We aim for helpful, not overwhelming. If our defaults feel like too much:

  • Reduce frequency
  • Enable quiet hours
  • Turn off categories that don't help
  • Give feedback so we can improve
