Understand when payments happen.
Your Billing Date
Your billing date is the day you:
- First subscribed, or
- Last changed your plan
Find it in Profile > Subscription.
Monthly Billing
- Charged same day each month
- If that day doesn't exist (31st in February), charged last day of month
Annual Billing
- Charged same date each year
- One payment covers 12 months
Renewal Process
7 days before renewal:
- Email reminder sent
- In-app notification
- Time to update payment if needed
Changing Billing Date
Can't change directly, but:
- Cancel and resubscribe to reset date
- Contact support for special cases
Timezone
Billing is processed in UTC. Your local time might differ slightly.
