Keep your payment info current to avoid interruption.
Changing Your Card
1. Profile > Subscription > Payment Method
2. Tap "Update Payment Method"
3. Enter new card details
4. Save
Adding Alternative Methods
You can add:
- Different credit/debit card
- Apple Pay (iOS)
- Google Pay (Android)
- PayPal
Setting Default Payment
If you have multiple methods:
1. Profile > Subscription > Payment Method
2. Tap method to set as default
3. This will be used for renewals
Removing Payment Methods
1. Access Payment Methods
2. Tap the method to remove
3. Select "Remove"
4. Confirm
Note: Must have one method on file for active subscriptions.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We'll notify you
- Grace period of 7 days
- Update payment to continue access
- After grace period, subscription pauses
