Within 30 days of:

  • First subscription, or
  • Annual renewal

You can request a full refund.

How to Request

1. Contact support via app or email

2. Mention "refund request"

3. Provide account email

4. Brief reason (helps us improve)

Processing Time

  • Request acknowledged within 24 hours
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credited to original payment method

After Refund

  • Subscription cancels immediately
  • Access reverts to free plan
  • Can resubscribe later if desired

What's Not Refundable

  • Monthly subscriptions past 30 days
  • Multiple refund requests
  • Promotional/discounted subscriptions (case-by-case)

App Store Purchases

If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, request refunds through them directly. We can't process those refunds.
