Payment didn't go through? Here's how to fix it.
Common Reasons
- Expired card
- Insufficient funds
- Bank blocked transaction
- Incorrect card info
Update Payment Method
1. Profile > Subscription > Payment Method
2. Update card details or add new method
3. Retry payment
Contact Your Bank
If card is valid:
- Call your bank
- Authorize the RiseWell charge
- They may have flagged it as suspicious
Try Different Payment
If one method fails:
- Use a different card
- Try PayPal
- Use Apple Pay/Google Pay
Grace Period
After failed payment:
- 7-day grace period
- Access continues during grace
- Fix payment to avoid interruption
Subscription Paused
If grace period expires:
- Subscription pauses
- Update payment to reactivate
- Access resumes immediately after
International Cards
Some international cards have restrictions:
- Enable international transactions
- Contact bank about recurring payments
- Use PayPal as alternative
