What RiseWell Tracks

Viewing Your Stats

Go to Progress > Movement to see:

  • Weekly activity summary
  • Monthly trends
  • All-time totals
  • Most frequent workout types
  • Personal bests

Understanding Your Data

Workout Frequency: How often you're moving

Duration Trends: Are your sessions getting longer?

Type Mix: Balance of cardio, strength, flexibility

Consistency: Patterns over weeks and months

What We Don't Track

We intentionally skip guilt-inducing metrics:

  • No streaks that break
  • No rankings or comparisons
  • No "should have" messaging
