What the Score Represents
A single number (1-100) reflecting:
- Activity consistency
- Balance across mind, body, fuel
- Progress toward your goals
- Engagement with the app
How It's Calculated
We consider:
- Completed activities (recent week weighted more)
- Variety of activity types
- Alignment with stated goals
- Progress trends
What It Doesn't Mean
- It's not a grade
- Higher isn't always "better"
- It doesn't judge your worth
- A lower score isn't failure
Using the Score
Think of it as:
- A general pulse check
- Conversation starter with yourself
- One data point among many
Score Fluctuations
Normal to see:
- Daily variation
- Weekly rhythms
- Seasonal changes
- Life event impacts
Don't chase the number. Use it as gentle feedback.
Hiding the Score
If the score stresses you out, hide it in Profile > Preferences > Display. Wellness should reduce stress, not create it.
