The Today View
Front and center, you'll see your activities for the day. These are organized by when we suggest doing them—morning, afternoon, or evening—but you can do them in any order.
Each activity card shows:
- An icon indicating the type (mind, body, or fuel)
- The activity name and duration
- A quick description
Tap any card to dive in.
Quick Stats
At the top of the screen, you'll see a simple summary:
- Activities completed today
- Your current wellness focus
- Any streaks (just kidding—we don't do guilt-driven streaks)
Actually, you'll see a gentle progress indicator that celebrates what you've done without making you feel bad about what you haven't.
Bottom Navigation
Home: Where you are now—your daily plan and quick access to activities.
Explore: Browse the full library of meditations, workouts, and recipes. Filter by duration, type, or mood.
Progress: See your activity history and insights. No judgment, just patterns.
Profile: Your account settings, preferences, and subscription info.
The Floating Action Button
That circular button in the bottom right? It's your quick-start menu. Tap it to:
- Start a quick 2-minute meditation
- Log water intake
- Access your saved favorites
