Body: Movement tailored to your level—anything from desk stretches to full workouts. Always with modifications available.
Fuel: Nutrition guidance like hydration reminders, mindful eating tips, or simple recipe suggestions.
Reading Your Daily View
When you open the app, you'll see today's recommended activities. Each card shows:
- The activity type and duration
- A brief description of what you'll do
- The best time to do it (based on your schedule)
Tap any card to start the activity or learn more about it.
Flexibility Built In
Here's the thing: life happens. RiseWell gets that.
- Swap activities: Not feeling a run today? Tap the swap icon to get alternatives.
- Skip without guilt: Hit "Not today" and move on. We won't send you a guilt-trip notification.
- Do more if you want: Finished your plan but want more? Browse the full library anytime.
How the Plan Evolves
Your plan isn't static. As you complete activities and give feedback, RiseWell learns what works for you. Over time, you'll notice:
- Activities that better match your preferences
- Timing that fits your actual routine
- Difficulty levels that grow with you (or stay comfortable if that's what you need)
