We did, and we meant it. RiseWell doesn't guilt you with streak counters. But we do track your practice history so you can:

  • See what you've done
  • Notice your own patterns
  • Celebrate consistency without fearing broken streaks

Viewing Your History

Go to Progress > Meditation to see:

  • Calendar view with practice days marked
  • Total minutes this week/month/all-time
  • Most-used meditation types
  • Favorite instructors

What We Track

  • Sessions completed
  • Duration of each session
  • Type (guided, unguided, breathing)
  • Time of day
  • Your ratings and notes

Celebrating Consistency

We'll quietly acknowledge milestones:

  • "10 sessions completed"
  • "Practiced 4 days this week"
  • "1 month with RiseWell"

These are celebrations, not judgments. Miss a day? We don't mention it. Come back when you're ready.

Using History Insights
