Subscription Not Showing

Purchased but can't access Plus features

Paid for Plus but features are locked? Let's fix it.

Check Subscription Status

1. Profile > Subscription

2. What does it show?

3. If it shows Free, keep reading

Restore Purchases

If you purchased via App Store/Play Store:

iOS:

1. Profile > Subscription

2. Tap "Restore Purchases"

3. Wait for verification

Android:

1. Profile > Subscription

2. Tap "Restore Purchases"

3. Sign into same Google account used for purchase

Check Account

Make sure you're logged into the right RiseWell account:

  • The one you subscribed with
  • Verify email matches

App Store vs. Direct

Subscriptions are account-specific:

  • Bought through Apple? Log into same Apple ID
  • Bought through Google? Same Google account
  • Bought on website? Log into that RiseWell account

Check Email

Look for subscription confirmation email:

  • Which email was it sent to?
  • That's the account with Plus

Payment Processing Delay

New subscriptions occasionally take time:

  • Wait 15-30 minutes
  • Force close and reopen app
  • Try restore purchases again

Contact Support

If nothing works:

  • Provide purchase receipt
  • Account email
  • We'll investigate and fix
