Changing Your Password
1. Go to Profile > Security
2. Tap Change Password
3. Enter current password
4. Enter new password (twice)
5. Save
Password Requirements
- Minimum 8 characters
- Mix of letters and numbers recommended
- Avoid common passwords
- Don't reuse passwords from other sites
Forgot Password?
1. On login screen, tap Forgot Password
2. Enter your email
3. Check email for reset link
4. Create new password
5. Log in with new credentials
Security Best Practices
- Use unique password for RiseWell
- Enable two-factor authentication
- Log out on shared devices
- Keep your email secure (it's your recovery method)
Suspicious Activity
If you notice logins you didn't make:
1. Change password immediately
2. Review connected devices
3. Contact support if concerned
