Forgot your password? Reset it in a few steps.
Starting the Reset
1. Open RiseWell
2. On login screen, tap Forgot Password
3. Enter your email address
4. Tap Send Reset Link
Check Your Email
Look for an email from RiseWell:
- Check inbox
- Check spam/junk folder
- Wait up to 5 minutes
Reset Link
The email contains a link:
1. Tap the link
2. Opens password reset page
3. Enter new password (twice)
4. Save
Link Expired?
Reset links expire after 1 hour:
- Request a new one
- Use it promptly
Not Receiving Email?
If the email doesn't arrive:
- Verify you entered the right email
- Check spam thoroughly
- Try again with correct email
- Contact support if still no luck
After Resetting
Log in with your new password. All your data is still there—password reset doesn't affect your account content.
Password Tips
Create a strong password:
- At least 8 characters
- Mix of letters and numbers
- Don't reuse other passwords
- Consider a password manager
