Taking Your 3-Minute Assessment

How to answer questions for the best personalized plan

The assessment is your first conversation with RiseWell. It takes about 3 minutes and covers your goals, schedule, and current habits.

What We Ask (And Why)

Your primary wellness goal: Are you looking to reduce stress, sleep better, move more, or eat healthier? Pick what matters most right now—you can always change this later.

Your typical schedule: When do you wake up? When's your lunch break? This helps us suggest activities at times when you're most likely to actually do them.

Current activity level: Be honest here. If you haven't exercised in months, say so. We're not here to judge—we're here to meet you where you are.

Time availability: How many minutes can you realistically dedicate to wellness each day? 5 minutes? 30? There's no wrong answer.

How to Get the Best Results

  • Answer for your real life, not your ideal life. If you wish you were a morning person but you're definitely not, don't pretend otherwise.
  • Choose your actual preferences. Love yoga but hate running? Tell us. Prefer guided meditations over silence? We want to know.
  • Don't overthink it. Your first instinct is usually the right one, and you can always adjust your preferences later.

After the Assessment

You'll immediately see your personalized 7-day plan. Each day includes a mix of mind, body, and fuel activities tailored to your answers.

Not happy with something? You can swap any activity, skip it, or adjust your preferences in Settings at any time.
