What RiseWell Actually Does

Think of RiseWell as your personal wellness companion that learns what works for you. We combine meditation, movement, and nutrition guidance into one app, but here's what makes us different: we don't believe in guilt-tripping you into better habits.

No streak counters. No shame when you skip a day. Just gentle, personalized suggestions that fit your actual life.

Your First Week

When you open the app for the first time, you'll take a quick 3-minute assessment. Be honest with your answers—there's no "right" way to respond, and your plan works better when it reflects the real you.

After that, you'll get a personalized 7-day plan with:

  • Daily meditation or mindfulness practices (as short as 2 minutes)
  • Movement suggestions based on your fitness level and available time
  • Simple nutrition tips without calorie counting or restriction

Tips for Getting Started

  • Start small: If a 10-minute meditation feels like too much, try 3 minutes. Something is always better than nothing.
  • Be flexible: Swap activities whenever you want. Your plan is a suggestion, not a mandate.
  • Check in honestly: After each activity, rate how it felt. This helps RiseWell learn your preferences.
