How to Update
Go to Profile > Preferences and adjust any setting. Changes take effect immediately.
When to Update
Consider updating when:
- Your schedule changes
- You get more (or less) fit
- Your goals shift
- Something isn't working
- Life circumstances change

Starting RiseWell for stress relief but now want to focus on fitness? That's growth, not failure. Update your primary goal and your plan will shift.
Don't Over-Optimize
It's easy to constantly tweak settings. Often, giving the current plan time to work is better than frequent changes. Update when something is clearly wrong, not after every session.
