Using Mood Tracking

Log how you feel and spot patterns over time

Mood tracking helps you understand the connection between your habits and how you feel.

How It Works

After activities—and optionally at set times—RiseWell asks how you're feeling. These quick check-ins build a picture of your emotional patterns.

What We Ask

Mood: How are you feeling right now? (Great, Good, Okay, Low, Rough)

Energy: How's your energy level? (High, Medium, Low)

Optional notes: Anything you want to remember about this moment

When to Log

  • After completing activities (automatic prompt)
  • Morning check-in (optional)
  • Evening reflection (optional)
  • Any time you want (manual entry)
