Once a week, we check in to see how things are going and adjust your plan.

What Weekly Check-Ins Include

A brief set of questions:

  • How was your energy this week?
  • Did the activities feel right?
  • Any changes in your schedule?
  • What do you want to focus on next week?

Takes about 2 minutes.

When Check-Ins Happen

You'll get a notification (usually Sunday evening or Monday morning) inviting you to check in. You can also access it anytime from your Profile.

What We Learn

Your answers help us:

  • Adjust next week's plan
  • Modify difficulty levels
  • Change timing of suggestions
  • Shift focus areas if needed

Skipping Check-Ins

Life happens. If you miss a check-in:

  • Your plan continues based on recent patterns
  • Catch up whenever you're ready
  • No guilt, no nagging

Monthly Deep Dives

Once a month, a more comprehensive review:

  • Look back at the month's activities
  • Celebrate progress
  • Set intentions for the next month
  • Adjust long-term preferences
