What Weekly Check-Ins Include
A brief set of questions:
- How was your energy this week?
- Did the activities feel right?
- Any changes in your schedule?
- What do you want to focus on next week?
Takes about 2 minutes.
When Check-Ins Happen
You'll get a notification (usually Sunday evening or Monday morning) inviting you to check in. You can also access it anytime from your Profile.
What We Learn
Your answers help us:
- Adjust next week's plan
- Modify difficulty levels
- Change timing of suggestions
- Shift focus areas if needed
