Start fresh with a new assessment

Sometimes starting over makes sense. Here's how to reset.

When to Reset

Consider resetting if:

  • Your life has changed significantly
  • Initial assessment answers are outdated
  • You want a fresh start
  • Current plan isn't working at all

How to Reset

1. Go to Profile > Preferences

2. Tap Reset My Plan

3. Confirm your choice

4. Take the assessment again

5. Get a fresh plan

What Gets Reset

  • Your activity suggestions
  • AI learning about preferences
  • Weekly plan structure

What's Preserved

  • Account information
  • Activity history (optional to delete)
  • Saved favorites
  • Subscription status

Alternatives to Full Reset

Before resetting, try:

  • Updating individual preferences
  • Changing your primary goal
  • Adjusting duration/difficulty
  • Giving feedback more actively
