Quick Fixes
Force close and reopen

Restart your device

Check for updates

Clear Cache (Android)
1. Settings > Apps > RiseWell
2. Storage > Clear Cache
3. Reopen app
iOS manages cache automatically.
Reinstall the App
If issues persist:
1. Delete RiseWell
2. Restart device
3. Reinstall from App Store/Play Store
4. Log back in
Your data is saved to your account and will sync back.
Check Internet Connection
Some features require internet. Try:
- Switch between WiFi and cellular
- Check if other apps work
- Reset network settings if needed
Storage Space
Low storage can cause crashes:
- Check available space
- Delete unused apps/files
- Clear RiseWell downloads if needed
