Data not appearing across devices? Try these fixes.
Check Internet Connection
Sync requires internet on both devices. Verify:
- WiFi or cellular is working
- Other apps can connect
- RiseWell isn't blocked by firewall
Force Sync
1. Profile > Settings > Sync
2. Tap "Sync Now"
3. Wait for completion
Log Out and Back In
1. Log out on affected device
2. Log back in
3. Wait for initial sync
Check Account
Ensure you're logged into the same account on all devices:
1. Profile > Account
2. Verify email matches
Time to Sync
After completing activities:
- Wait 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Check other device
- Sync usually happens within 2 minutes
Connected Device Data
For Apple Health, Fitbit, etc.:
- Check connection status
- Reconnect if needed
- Verify source app has data
Persistent Issues
If sync consistently fails:
1. Note what's not syncing
2. Check if it's device-specific
3. Contact support with details
