Audio Not Playing

Troubleshoot meditation and workout audio

Can't hear anything? Check these common issues.

Basic Checks

Volume: Is device volume up? Check media volume, not just ringer.

Mute: Is silent/mute switch on (iOS) or Do Not Disturb active?

Bluetooth: Audio might be going to connected device.

In-App Audio

1. Open any content with audio

2. Look for volume controls within the session

3. Ensure in-app volume isn't muted

Headphone Issues

If using headphones:

  • Disconnect and try speaker
  • Try different headphones
  • Check headphone port/connection

Bluetooth Troubleshooting

1. Check which device audio is connected to

2. Disconnect Bluetooth temporarily

3. Verify audio plays through phone speaker

Downloaded Content

If downloaded audio doesn't play:

1. Delete the download

2. Re-download the content

3. Try playing again

iOS-Specific

  • Check silent switch on side of phone
  • Ensure RiseWell isn't in Settings > Sounds > app exceptions

Android-Specific

  • Check media volume (separate from ringtone)
  • Ensure app has audio permissions

Still No Audio?

Reinstall the app. If issues persist, contact support with device details.
