Download Issues

Content won't save for offline use

Having trouble downloading content? Let's fix it.

Check Storage

Downloads need free space:

1. Check device storage

2. Free up space if low

3. Retry download

WiFi Requirement

Large downloads may require WiFi:

1. Connect to WiFi

2. Try download again

3. Or change download settings to allow cellular

Download Queue

Multiple downloads queue up:

1. Go to Profile > Downloads

2. See download progress

3. Wait for queue to process

Failed Downloads

If download fails:

1. Tap retry on the failed item

2. Check internet connection

3. Try from a different network

Corrupted Downloads

If downloaded content won't play:

1. Delete the download

2. Re-download fresh

3. Test playback

Download Limits

Free accounts have download limits:

  • 5 sessions maximum
  • Upgrade to Plus for unlimited
  • Remove old downloads to add new

Storage Location

Downloads stay on device:

  • Don't appear in file manager
  • Managed within app
  • Cleared if you reinstall
