Can't log in? Here's what to try.
Check Credentials
Email: Make sure you're using the correct email address.
Password: Caps lock off? Correct password?
Reset Password
If you can't remember your password:
1. Tap "Forgot Password" on login screen
2. Enter your email
3. Check inbox (and spam) for reset link
4. Create new password
5. Try logging in again
Social Login Issues
If you signed up with Google or Apple:
1. Use the same method (Google or Apple button)
2. Make sure you're logged into that account on your device
3. Try logging out of Google/Apple and back in
Account Not Found
If we can't find your account:
- Check for typos in email
- Try any other emails you might have used
- You may need to create a new account
Multiple Accounts
If you have accounts with different emails:
- Choose the one with your history/subscription
- Contact support to merge accounts if needed
Session Expired
Sometimes old sessions cause issues:
1. Clear app data/cache
2. Reinstall app
3. Log in fresh
