Offline Mode Not Working

Ensure content downloads properly

Downloaded content should work offline. If not, here's help.

Verify Downloads Completed

1. Profile > Downloads

2. Check each item shows as downloaded (not downloading)

3. Items still downloading need internet to finish

Test Offline Access

1. Enable airplane mode

2. Open RiseWell

3. Navigate to downloaded content

4. Try to play

Content Not Available Offline

Some content can't be downloaded:

  • Live sessions
  • Certain features requiring sync
  • Content marked as streaming-only

Storage Issues

Downloads need space:

  • Check device storage
  • Remove old downloads
  • Retry failed downloads

Corrupted Downloads

If downloaded content won't play:

1. Delete the download

2. Reconnect to internet

3. Re-download

4. Test offline again

App Needs Initial Sync

After reinstalling, the app needs one online session to recognize downloads. Log in with internet, then try offline.

Download Fresh Regularly

Periodically refresh downloads:

  • Delete and re-download favorites
  • Ensures content is current
  • Clears potential corruption
