4. Move on guilt-free
Why Skip or Swap?
Totally valid reasons:
- Energy level doesn't match
- Time isn't right
- Not in the mood
- Injury or pain
- Just don't want to
You don't need to justify it.
What Happens When You Skip
- Activity leaves your today view
- We note the skip (no judgment)
- Tomorrow's plan might adjust slightly
- You get space for what you actually need
What We Don't Do
- Shame you for skipping
- Send "you missed it" notifications
- Break your "streak" (we don't track streaks)
- Make skipping feel bad
