Why Skip or Swap?

Totally valid reasons:

  • Energy level doesn't match
  • Time isn't right
  • Not in the mood
  • Injury or pain
  • Just don't want to

You don't need to justify it.

What Happens When You Skip

  • Activity leaves your today view
  • We note the skip (no judgment)
  • Tomorrow's plan might adjust slightly
  • You get space for what you actually need

What We Don't Do

  • Shame you for skipping
  • Send "you missed it" notifications
  • Break your "streak" (we don't track streaks)
  • Make skipping feel bad
