  • Workouts: 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes
  • Other activities: Varies by type

Factors to Consider

Choose shorter if:

  • Time is very limited
  • Consistency is your goal
  • Longer sessions feel overwhelming

Choose longer if:

  • You're experienced
  • You have dedicated wellness time
  • You want deeper practice
  • Shorter sessions feel rushed
