Go to Profile > Preferences > Activity Duration
Set preferences for:
- Meditation: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes
- Workouts: 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes
- Other activities: Varies by type

Choose shorter if:

- Time is very limited
- Consistency is your goal
- Longer sessions feel overwhelming
Choose longer if:
- You're experienced
- You have dedicated wellness time
- You want deeper practice
