Apple Health data not appearing in RiseWell? Check these settings.
Verify Permissions
1. Open Settings (iOS)
2. Tap Health > Data Access & Devices
3. Find RiseWell
4. Ensure permissions are enabled for desired data types
Check What's Enabled
In RiseWell:
1. Profile > Connected Apps > Apple Health
2. See what data types are connected
3. Enable any missing types
Data Availability
RiseWell can only read data that exists:
1. Open Apple Health app
2. Check that the data type has entries
3. If empty, there's nothing to sync
Re-Enable Connection
1. In RiseWell, disconnect Apple Health
2. Reconnect
3. Re-authorize permissions
4. Wait for sync
Sync Timing
Data syncs periodically, not instantly:
- Wait 5-10 minutes after activity
- Pull down to refresh in RiseWell
- Check again later
Data Type Specifics
Workouts: Must be logged to Apple Health by source app
Steps: Automatic from phone/watch
Sleep: Requires sleep tracking app or device
Still Not Working?
Restart both apps:
1. Force close Apple Health
2. Force close RiseWell
3. Reopen RiseWell
4. Check connection status
