Android notification issues? Check these settings.
Device Settings
1. Settings > Apps > RiseWell > Notifications
2. Ensure notifications are enabled
3. Check individual notification channels
Battery Optimization
Android may block notifications to save battery:
1. Settings > Apps > RiseWell > Battery
2. Change to "Unrestricted" or "Not optimized"
Manufacturer-Specific Settings
Some brands (Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei) have extra settings:
- Samsung: Settings > Device Care > Battery > App power management
- Xiaomi: Settings > Battery > App battery saver
- Huawei: Settings > Battery > App launch
Ensure RiseWell can run in background.
Do Not Disturb
Check DND isn't blocking notifications:
1. Settings > Sound > Do Not Disturb
2. Add RiseWell as exception if using DND
In-App Settings
1. RiseWell > Profile > Notifications
2. Verify desired notifications are on
3. Check quiet hours
Clear App Data (Last Resort)
1. Settings > Apps > RiseWell > Storage
2. Clear Cache first
3. If needed, Clear Data (will require re-login)
