Not getting notifications on iPhone? Check these settings.
Device Settings
1. Open Settings (iOS, not RiseWell)
2. Scroll to RiseWell
3. Tap Notifications
4. Ensure Allow Notifications is ON
5. Check Sounds, Badges, Lock Screen settings
In-App Settings
1. Open RiseWell
2. Profile > Notifications
3. Ensure desired notifications are enabled
4. Check quiet hours aren't blocking
Focus Modes
Do Not Disturb or Focus modes block notifications:
1. Check Control Center for active Focus
2. Add RiseWell as allowed app if using Focus
Background App Refresh
Notifications require background activity:
1. Settings > General > Background App Refresh
2. Ensure RiseWell is enabled
Notification Summary
iOS can bundle notifications:
1. Settings > Notifications > Scheduled Summary
2. Check if RiseWell is in summary (delays delivery)
Still Not Working?
1. Delete and reinstall app
2. Re-enable notification permissions
3. Restart device
4. Contact support if issues persist
